Preventive and adapted physical activity for Over 55. 8 lessons of 50 minutes.
Our team of specialists will optimise your health and fitness by improving and increasing your levels of strength, balance and mobility.
Under the constant supervision of our specialised instructors who will follow you step by step, the course will be held in 8 lessons of 50 minutes: 6 lessons in the gym and 2 in thermal water.
