The course of preventive and adapted motor activity is specifically dedicated to people over 55, with the aim of optimizing health and fitness.
Through targeted exercises, it promotes the increase of strength, balance and mobility levels.
Lessons: 8 lessons of 50 minutes (6 in the gym and 2 in thermal water)
Hours: Wednesday and Saturday at 10 am.
Get Fit is our new course, designed for those who want to improve their physical condition through a specific and targeted training. It is an athletic preparation program ideal for amateur and non-professional sportsmen.
Lessons: 8 lessons of 50 minutes
Hours: Monday and Thursday at 8 p.m. / Wednesday and Friday at 8 a.m.
Neonatal water course for children from 4 to 36 months.
Lessons: 8 meetings of 45 minutes (+2 recoveries in case of absence)
