Bormio Terme is a healthy place: thermal bicarbonate-sulphate-alkaline-earthy water that springs from the mountain, a healthy journey between inhalations and mud-bath therapy also with NHS plan.
Do you have a pathology that might benefit from thermal water? You are entitled to 12 therapies in a year period: ask your GP a prescription (on the red prescription pad) and submit it to Bormio Terme to get inhalations, mud and bath or bath only therapies.
A 4-steps therapy: mud application, cleansing shower, thermal bath and relaxation within warm linens. Therapeutic thermal mud between 36 and 41°C derived from thermal water and the solid component left in the blend for several months.
If you have muscles or joints' problems, consequences of an accident or outcomes of surgery, Bormio Terme can help you with the classic dry rehabilitation as well as in the thermal water followed by our physiotherapists.
