What chlorine is good for?
It's just a process to treat water, chlorine is an oxidant agent and a sanitiser that eliminates pathogens, but in many cases chlorine inside thermal waters and pool turned out to be harmful to both people and the environment.
Chlorine has a great impact on the skin: it can cause eczema and rashes, skin's dryness, skin ageing and changes in the bacterial flora. It also acts on eyes and hair.
The intensity of these negative effects is proportional to the chlorine's exposure of the person. Those who attend swimming pools and SPA every day, for sport, health or whatever reason is, therefore, more subject to chlorine effects.
