A summer with light legs


Some advice for your well-being.

Cellulitis, heavy legs, swollen ankles. Every year summer heat tries us, luckily we can take some daily expedients to make the difference. 

Look at them together: 

Remember to drink often and be committed to eating healthily, fruit and vegetables are the best allied satisfying without weighing down. You can prepare some raw vegetables in single-dose packages and place them in the fridge or in the purse so it will be easier for you to do not indulge to temptations when you'll be hungry.

If it's possible, avoid the too-hot shower, prefer warm water, running cold water jets on glutes and thighs, in order to stimulate the circulation of the area.

Try to exercise whenever you have the chance, go up the stairs, go to the gym or take an hour time for a healthy swim. Remember, whenever you move you are helping your health.
