Cosa si intende per 2 o 4 test: Dopo un confronto con gli allenatori, si andrà a scegliere il test da eseguire agli atleti. Se, per esempio, venisse scelto il “Fitness test”, si andrebbe ad eseguire sui soggeti in prima seduta e il test di controllo a distanza di tempo per verificare il lavoro di allenamento svolto (2). Altrimenti (4), supponendo che vengano scelti il “Test di salto” e la “Run analysis”, gli stessi verrebbero svolti nuovamente a seguito di un ciclo di allenamento.
Il pacchetto è pensato per le società e i loro gruppi. Il costo singolo a persona è di 52,42 €.
