Motor activity in the water. 10 classes of 45 minutes each.
Exercising in the water has some extra benefits compared to other sport activities. The hydrostatic push greatly reduces the stress that affects all the bone and joints system, therefore, it's easier to keep fit avoiding discomforts and contraindications. Water allows the exercise even in the case of joints conditions and muscle injuries
During the diving:
Even after a heavy workout in the water, the musculature doesn't get sore.
The activity is intense but funny, you don't need to be able to
swim and the risk of traumas is unlikely.
