How to use it

Please note: At the end of the purchase, a voucher (in PDF format) bearing the services comprised in the purchased package, will be sent to the provided email address. The voucher has a validity of one year from the date of purchase. The services included in the purchased package must be booked and/or utilised within the deadline above. If the package includes several services, these must be used within 3 months from the first session. To cancel or change any booking, contact Bormio Terme at least 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment otherwise you'll lose the booked service. The voucher must be presented to the reception of the Beauty Centre at least 10 minutes prior to the time of massage or treatment booked.
