How to use it

Please note: at the end of the purchase, a voucher (in PDF format) bearing the services comprised in the purchased package, will be sent to the provided email address. The voucher has a validity of one year from the date of purchase. The services included in the purchased package must be utilised within the deadline above. To cancel or change any booking contact Bormio Terme at least 24 hours prior to the time of the appointment otherwise you'll lose the booked service. The voucher must be presented at the reception at the Beauty Centre at least 10 minutes prior to the time of the booking.

The same voucher is valid for admittance to the Wellness area and it's usable whenever the facility is open. The entrance to the Wellness area isn't bookable, therefore it's subject to availability. Linen is not included.
