Turkish bath

The Turkish bath at Bormio Terme is the veritable ‘prince’ of steam treatments; a temperature of around 45° is accompanied by relative humidity of 100%.
The temperature within the room is not a constant – moving from 30°C at the lowest part, to 40°C at ones midriff and up to touching 50°C at head-height.
Unlike the sauna, within the Turkish bath an impressive blanket of fog is created so you can’t see too much of the outside world!
