These are normal baths or jacuzzis filled with thermal spring water at a temperature of between 36°c-38°c. The bath lasts 15 minutes, then the client lies down for another 15 minutes to relax or as they say in Italian for "the reaction". This is when the client perspires, eliminating the toxins from the body.

The baths are also indicated, as with the mud treatments, for osteoarthrosis (with or without osteoporosis), rheumatism and general aches and pains where there is no inflammation.
